Starting Experiment To start this project I am going to do a planning experiment. This will help me to decide how to follow out the experiment. I am going to start off by finding out how much of each substance I should use. I have decided to use 5cm cubed of 1% Urea solution, 2cm cubed of ethanoic acid, I am going to change the amount of Urease used in each experiment so i can see how the concentration of Urease used effects how long it takes to work. To start the experiment I am going to get 5 test tubes, and put 5cm cubed of 1% Urea solution in each one, 2cm cubed of ethanoic acid in each one, I will then put 1-5cm cubed of Urease in each test tube starting off with 1cm cubed, then working up to 5cm cubed in 1cm cubed steps.
