Biology An experiment, which makes use of various chemical and biological tests to investigate the identification of proteins and fats Introduction: this experiment involves us using chemical and biological tests to search for fats and proteins. Just like in the reducing sugars and non-reducing sugars, there are multiple tests that can be used to identify specific molecules. A larger variety of tests are useful, as if one happens to be misinterpreted or goes wrong due to error, and then there are always other tests that can be relied on when searching for food and cellular compounds. There were no other real aims from this experiment, but rather to be able to differentiate between tests that can be used to identify different compounds.
