An Experiment To Test The Reaction rates between sodium Thiosulphate and Hydrochloric Acid. Plan I have begun an experiment to measure the rate of reaction between Thiosulphate and Hydrochloric acid the fact that i am going to look at is concentration. I will dilute the thiosulphate with water to change the variable concentration. My investigation will be situated in a school labratory. I will do at least five different concentrations in duplicate. To help me complete my investigation I will need a conical flask, clock, 3 measuring cylinders and two beakers which will contain the Sodium Thiosulphate and Hydrochloric acid, and a piece of white paper with a black cross marked on it. To complete my investigation I will have to measure out 25ml of Hydrochloric acid in measuring no.1, then pour it into the conical flask which has already been placed on the paper with an X marked on it.
