The fast food restaurants are mainly public limited companies because of the size of the organization. The fast food restaurant organizations have key functions: Production, human resources and financial market. A fast food restaurants main objective is to make profit. Its secondary objective is to serve food fast, constantly, at a low price. For this they mainly employ young adults, or teenagers, as they demand less than more qualified and more experienced adults. The role that I will adopt is the human resources manager. This controls the recruitment of staff. My main objective is to evaluate the different methods of communication used in the recruitment and training process.
