Background Information 'Apollo Videos' is a small video rental shops with five branches in London. It offers a wide variety of Videos, DVDs and games in numerous categories. Mr Murray is the owner of 'Apollo Videos', who also happens to have fifty employees working for him as well as being my neighbour. Apollo Videos has only been around for a couple of months and has reached its first business objective - survival. Mr Murray now has the new objective of growth and expansion in London and the UK. Mr Murray is confident about the quality of his service, and is confident that if the shop is well promoted he can turn it into a national success.
