The values embodied by Svensson and McGinn is that their vision was not to get rid of the legacy and culture of AT&T but a wholesale shift from a manufacturing driven to technology driven company and this would help make the employees jobs more easier as more products can be produced meaning more profit for AJP which can lead to increased wages for the workers.
