Cadbury say that customers are simply the natural resource upon which the success of Cadbury depends upon. When Cadbury are thinking about the importance of customers, it, at this stage remembers the following points which are: * If it provides good quality of chocolate beans then they would get a repeat business- this is the backbone of selling. This helps the company to provide security and certainty. E.g. - if Cadbury are selling chocolate beans that are good quality then customers will come back to the company again which in this case will get a repeat business. This will help Cadbury to increase their profits and their reputation. * Cadbury are dependent upon their customers. E.g. - Cadbury needs to develop customer's loyalty and satisfaction.
