"This essay does not answer the question in hand. The majority appears to be taken out of a text book. The content is discriptive, however is not related directly to M&S. The quality of language deteriates when the author tries to add his/her own views (evident in the Confict management section). If your gona copy out of a book at least add valid examples to back up statements!!
