An economic look into Fiesta Mexican Introduction; In this report I will be talking about Fiesta Mexican, a buffet restaurant. I plan to show the basic economic problems with this restaurant. This report will be set as a basic student handout. It will be for a basic understanding of the economic structure of this business. I also plan to show three problems that Fiesta is having which are causing an economic situation. I will also show the possible solution to these problems, and the time span in which it may take. Background; Fiesta Mexican is a small restaurant located in West Hampstead. The management opened this place about two years ago. The success of another restaurant owned by the manager brought him into opening this buffet restaurant. Fiesta management have about 17 years into managing restaurants and catering.
