How the structure, culture and management style of Cadbury's affects its performance and operations and helps the business meet its objectives. The structure of Cadbury's is Hierarchy. The structure clearly shows who is in charge, gives orders and who carries them out, after the organisation expands and takes on employees. It will almost certainly show that there are different levels of authority. Hierarchical organisations, such as Cadburys are where the whole structure conforms a triangle shape. At the top of the triangle is where the ultimate power lies in Cadbury this is J.M Sunderland; he is the Chief Executive Officer. As the triangle broadens out toward the base, this is where the shop workers would be.
