How is Teleworking Beneficial to the Employer And the Employee? My hypothesis is trying to find out what sort of advantages/benefits there are to be using methods of Teleworking, in a business today. My hypothesis is dealing with only one half of Teleworking, as there are many disadvantages too. Telework - working remotely for an employer using computer and telecommunications technology - has attracted a great deal of media coverage. Teleworking is changing the shape of work organisations, as well as lifestyles and working conditions. With those changes, have come about, advantages and disadvantages. I will be writing about the beneficial side of Teleworking to both employer and employee. In doing this I have researched on Teleworking, using the Internet, using newspaper cuttings and resource centres such as libraries. All of this research has been placed in my appendix.
