Tesco - Production/Operations process Tesco doesn't have a production process because they don't manufacture anything themselves instead they have an operations process. The term operations is used to describe all those processes and methods by which an organisation uses its resources to produce something or even to provide a service. In a factory, operations are the process used to turn raw materials and other inputs into finished products. At Tesco operations process is how all the goods are brought to the store and sold to the customer. Typical operations process at Tesco Continual replenishment Tills sell product Till sells more products until the pallets are full which is about 48 cans. The till will order more stock.
