Describe the Management Style and Culture of Coca Cola Coca cola have a democratic leadership style meaning that the mangers of coca cola share some of the decision that they make with their staff and other subordinates. There are two types of leadership which Coca Cola may use, as they have a democratic leadership ship style. Leadership is about the quality that the manager of Coca Cola has. One of them is being persuasive leaders, meaning that the managers of Coca Cola make decisions on their own, but then try and persuade their staff to believe that the decision is right and you should accept the decision instead of giving direct orders where the staff would feel that the managers are not trustworthy as they don't inform their staff of any decisions.
