Assignment 3 1(i) Three corrective measures that I would consider as a project manager would be change management control, quality management and project costs management. It is a fact that as a during a project not everything will be going according to plan and it is the duty and goal of the project manager in these circumstances to use his/her skill in order to correct the situation by taking some measures available to his/her. While developing a project sometimes it necessitates a change management plan. Normally before a project starts necessary plans are made to develop and implement it. All are done according to a time schedule as to when the project is going to start and when it is going to finish.
