This report suggests and proposes ways to improve sales and productivity. Financial Methods of Motivation Wages- Time based Wages are usually paid weekly. The hours worked by an employee are calculated using a 'clocking in' system or another method and then paid weekly. Advantages * They're easily calculated. * Employees know how much they earn each week. Disadvantages * The expense of a 'clocking in' system. * The expenses of a supervisor to ensure high quality goods are being made.
