Jack follows the principle of scientific management. Scientific management states that management should be based on well-recognized principles. Scientific management also suggests that the responsibility of management was to select and help workers to perform their jobs properly. Main characteristics of scientific management include:> Shift all responsibility for the organization of work from the worker to the manager.
