Total costs - Amendments I am going to investigate how to plan a college party. I am going to do this by seeing what people want and how much they would pay for tickets, by doing a questionnaire. I am going to add up costs and see how much it would cost and then divide it by the number of students to find out how much I should sell the tickets for. To find out how much other costs will cost e.g. security and food I am going top use information from the college intranet. I will do my own research for other costs like drinks and decorations. For 250 people to attend the party 1) DJ = £250 2) Hire of centre = £250 3) Cloakroom = £50 4) 6 security staff, 3 security staff for students from sir george monoux college, 2 security staff for outsiders and 1 security staff for cloakroom facilities....
