I think that the impact of the organisational structure has an excellent impact on J Sainsbury due to the staff of J Sainsbury working hard and being highly motivated in the work that they do, and the customer service that they provide for the customers that shop at J Sainsbury. This is due to the human resources function of J Sainsbury recruiting staff that they feel is suitable to work at J Sainsbury, this could be due to the experience, qualifications, and availability of the member of staff working at J Sainsbury. The finance function helps J Sainsbury by the accountants keeping accounts up to date, this is an advantage because this has an impact on J Sainsbury by enabling it to see if the financial factors of J Sainsbury are...
