A Strategy to improve the retention and motivation of employees at Rede For Rede to be able to retain the staff and motivate employees. Firstly they need to employ better-qualified staff. Unlike Jane in the accounts department who has just left school and has only been trained using the accounts packages without knowledge of organisation skills and teamwork. To be able to retain and motivate Jane, she needs to be properly train in organisation and working as a member of a team. Using Richer Sounds as an example they were able to retain their staff because of effective training and a good relationship between the management and none management staff. They also give a comprehensive training pack. Rede needs to provide Jane with an induction pack: telling her what her duties are, what the company wants from her and any benefits, which she will receive. An experience staff should help...
