Disadvantages of Cadbury's location The disadvantage of Cadbury's Factories being located in Britain is that it costs more for them to employ people because their wages are higher than other countries such as Poland which they are planning on moving more of their factories over there. The minimum wage in the UK per year is around £10000 where as the average wage in Poland per year is around £4000 so if they were to move their it would save them a great deal of money because saving around £6000 per worker and they employ 55,000 workers. This would be good for Cadbury's because they would then have cut their costs and they may be able to start to get rid of some part of their debts. This would only work if the British customers still wanted to buy the products because most of the customers like Cadbury's products because it is
