... THE MARKETING AT WATFORD FOOTBALL CLUB On Wednesday 21st January the leisure and tourism groups visited Watford football club we arrived at 10:30am and were greeted by Sophie Mercado. She talked to us for about an hour and told us how Watford football club was run and how it was her job to market and promote the club. She gave us information about the clubs marketing mix and then we were given a tour of the ground. Before we left we were given a complimentary bag with posters and programmes.
