Sistemul concurential reprezinta totalitatea relatiilor dintre agentii economici aflati in competitie pe piata ,in functie de interesele lor .Astfel concurenta se imparte in 4 mari categorii : - concurenta perfecta - concurenta imperfecta - concurenta loiala sau corecta - concurenta neloiala sau incorecta Pornind de la concurenta neloiala sau incorecta ,trbuie sa amintim ca exista si infractiuni economice în lupta de concurenta .În prctica se întâlnesc ,de regula, urmatoarele : - întelegerea între vânzatori în scopul împiedicarii manifestarii concurentei; - impunerea preturilor catre distribuitori; - inducerea în eroare a consumatorului asupra preturilor sau a marfii printr-o publicitate înselatoare sau fals etichetaj; - revânzarea in pierdere, deoareca anuleaza semnificatia pretului de vânzare ( nu
