Competition Analysis I researched on yell.com for cafes in Erith to see the kind of competition that I will have and found that there is a lot of competition 6 cafes in total in my area which is a disadvantage. However it is the type of area where cafes are needed because of the particular work that people do there (manual) and don't have lots of money to spend on lunches and dinners. I analysed my competition of 6 cafes and found advantages and disadvantages of them. Marios Cosy Café is on the road West Street which is an advantage to them because it is in a good location very near to Erith High Street and therefore where potential customers are shopping. A disadvantage is that they sell breakfasts such as an traditional English breakfast for £5.00 which is too expensive. What I'm going to do to compete with Marios Cosy Café is
