Explain how the research could be designed to support its marketing activity. Market research Introduction Market research is used to help to achieve the hospitals aims. There are different types marketing techniques which are; questionnaires, personal interviews surveys and focus groups. These can be used in the private hospital to help understand customer needs what their competitors are doing and the market environment. The hospital is considering undertaking personal interviews with their existing patients, so reaction to each design could be observed and recorded correctly. The personal interviews are used by the hospital to ask individual customers about the updated logo, the hospital is willing to ask a majority between 45 and 70. These age groups are asked for both males and females also they are from a high income
