... Choice of location There are a number of different locations were we could set up a stall and sell ice cream. The main areas are the bandstand, the Miguel centre, the junior tuck shop and the courtyard. Miguel centre: The Miguel centre is very populated at break-time by the senior school students but unfortunately the junior school students are not allowed in here at break-time. This is a big problem as the junior school students are our main target area. Bandstand: This is one of the most central areas in the school. Many pupils pass through here at break-time and lunchtime. The main problem is that it is very close to our main competitor (Mount Charles) and it is close to the toilets. Junior tuck shop: Most of the younger students go here but it is very cramped and it is beside the toilets. Courtyard: This is not a good place to set up a
