Swot analysis Swot analysis analyses the strength, weakness, opportunities, threats of the business. Strength and weakness are internal audit and opportunities and threats are external audits. Internal audit looks at what the business is doing well (strength) and what it could do better (weakness). Opportunities and threats will look at issues such as state of economy, market, technology, demography. Below is the swot analysis based on my product: Strength: * Technology can be great advantage due to producing high quality products. * Surveys based on consumers tastes and needs * Chance of good market share due to more consumers interested in fizzy drinks. Weakness: * Crime in Nottinghamshire has increased, more safety will be required * Poor education * Producing high quality products will cost more and therefore will have more expenses.
