Carly Millar Current house prices in the London borough of Greenwich This report will consider the aspects within the borough of Greenwich that has overall increased the house prices in the area. The borough has many different areas including Greenwich, Blackheath, Charlton, Woolwich, Plumstead, Eltham, and many others all of which are different in the house price but all make up the borough as a whole. . Greenwich has always had a more expensive range of houses compared to other boroughs in London (see appendix source 1). This may be because of the historical background as this is where Greenwich observatory is based and "The Queen's house" is situated. This is also where the "time line" runs through and as the "Cutty sark" stands in heart of Greenwich, attracts many tourists. Blackheath has an expensive range of houses.
