Recent Reviews of Case Studies Essays

What our users think of the Case Studies essays in this section:

"Fair - some good points, but let down by a few errors. the basic concept is well described and the author correctly identifies some elements of Sainsburys' customer service provision. However, the author appears to be confused regarding the various types of customers - for example, identifying suppliers as customers is incorrect (intermediate customers are not immediately obvious for a supermarket, perhaps the reason for the difficulty in their identification here). A (perhaps brief) comparison to competitor companies would have been another useful inclusion. TSR User: Illusionary"
