An experiment to investigate the affect of bacteria on samples of milk over a time period of up to eight days Aim The aim of this experiment is to investigate the affect of bacteria on fresh milk over a period of eight days. Preliminary work I have already completed a trial experiment to determine the rough amounts of milk, Rezazurin that I will need for this investigation Procedure In this experiment, I will set up some constant volumes of milk and Rezazurin every day, for five days, not including the weekend, which falls in between these days. I will measure the pH, colour, appearance and smell of a fresh sample of milk every day. I will note the same factors from each sample every day in order to monitor the possible activity.
