A choice of sucrose solutions will be prepared with concentrations 0 molar, 0.25 molar, 0.5 molar, 0.75 molar and 1 molar. This will be done by adding varying amounts of water to varying amounts of sucrose solution. I will then live for 24 hours. All quantities will be made the same and accurately measured with a syringe to ensure a fair test.
