Biology Coursework For this coursework I am going to be investigating the water potential of a potato. I will now go over the relevant scientific processes which are going to take place during this investigation. Firstly, Osmosis is the passage of water from a region of high water concentration through a semi-permeable membrane to a region of low water concentration.
