These are the variables, which would have an effect on the experiment: Temperature because this could vary the speed of the osmosis, the enzymes could increase or decrease. Size of the chips because this would make it an unfair experiment because some of the potato chips would have to take in more solution than the others They all have to be the same size to make it a fair experiment. Volume of Liquid because this would make it an unfair test because some of the chips could have more solution to take in than the others so they would increase in there size more. Time because this would make it an unfair test because if some of the potato chips were given more time in the solution than some of the others then...
