Osmosis Aim The aim of my experiment is to find out how the concentration of sucrose solution affects the mass of potato chip. Introduction The potato chips will be placed in test tubes with 20ml of part of it sucrose and part the other part water. The concentration will go up by 2 molars and will be 6 different concentrations which are 1.0, 0.8, 0.6, 0.4, 0.2 and 0.0. When I do my experiment I will do the test 3 times to reduce any anomalies results. After the potato chips will be removed and weighed to compare to the original weight, then I will calculate the difference to determine the effect of the different concentration of sucrose solution have on the potato chip.
