Analysis Conclusion In conclusion I think that I have proved my prediction. In my prediction I said that if the temperature were low the enzymes would not work very well this is because the enzymes move around slowly and do not collide with the substrate enough. My results show this because when the temperature is low the enzyme activity is low and less filtrate is produced. In my prediction I said as the temperature increases the amount of enzyme activity will increase. This is because the enzymes begin to move around more and collide with the substrate more. My results prove this as the amount of filtrate increases when the temperature increases until around 40OC. I said that 40OC would be the optimum temperature when the enzyme activity is at its highest and that after this temperature would decrease. My results have shown that at 40OC the productivity is at it's highest and the...
