Plan Variables that can change I can only change one thing at a time but there are many things I would change. Here is a list of the things I can change; * Concentration of sugar/salt in the solution * Size of potato * Volume of the solution * Temperature of the solution Variables that I will change I am going to change the concentration of the sugar in the solution. If I do this it will provide me with a good range of results and I will be able to plot a graph with the results. Diagram What I will do I am going to get a potato and a cork borer and use the borer to cut 5 pieces of potato out.
