Investigation into the affect of temperature on the action of the enzyme catalyse Aim: To heat the enzyme catalyse (potato slices) to different temperatures to see whether it affects the amount of oxygen produced when it reacts with hydrogen peroxide. Variable: I am going to be changing the temperature that I heat the hydrogen peroxide and potato to before they react.
