Biology SC1 Investigate a Factor that Affects Osmosis in Potatoes. In this investigation there are many different factors that I could investigate like concentration of solution or the temperature of the solution. I have chosen to investigate the concentration of the solution. I feel that if I do the temperature factor then it will be to hard to get a fair test because the water need to be kept at a constant temperature and this would need a water bath which I felt would be to complicated. I think that the concentration of the solution will give me plenty of good results that I can use. Aim The aim of this investigation is to investigate a factor that affects osmosis in potatoes.
