Scientific Knowledge I already have some scientific knowledge on osmosis, with my understanding of osmosis I am able to carry out and plan my investigation to achieve pleasing results. The definition of osmosis is the movement of water from an area of high concentration to a place with a low concentration of water molecules through a semi-permeable membrane (lets small molecules through but not larger molecules).
