Prelim Work Aim: My aim of the prelim work is to find the different temperatures to test the enzymes at. If I choose the wrong temperatures then they may be to high and the enzymes do not work. This means that I will have one less result to compare with others. Also if I have a temperature that is to low and the enzyme does not work then for the same reason I will not be able to compare it with the other results. Another aim of this is to find what the maximum temperature an enzyme will work at and the minimum temperature an enzyme will work at. When I find this I will be able to give accurate temperatures that I will test for in the final test. Method: 1.
