Potato cells contain an enzyme called catalyse, it speeds up the breakdown of hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen. Aim My aim is to see the amount of oxygen released in the reaction, and to investigate, in what conditions is there the most oxygen released. Key Variables The key variables in this experiment are the temperature, volume of hydrogen peroxide, and time. I am going to test all of these variables to get an accurate result.
