At what temperature does Catalase work best at? Aim: To see what temperature Catalase works better at. Prediction: I predict that at a low temperature the Catalase will work slowly but the work rate will increase as the temperature does. I think that it will work best at 37Oc because that is the temperature of the human body. I also think that it will start to denature at 50Oc.
