An Investigation to find the Sucrose Concentration inside Potato Cell Sap. Aim To find out what point at which the amount of water going into the cell is equal to the amount of water coming out of the cell. Prediction I predict that the point at which the amount of water going into the cell is equal to the water coming out is 0.2 moles of sucrose solution. I have predicted 1.2 because my preliminary work graph showed the line crossing the x-axis at 0.2.
