An Investigation Into The Effect Of Solutions Of Different Concentrations On Potato Cells The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effect of varying the concentration of a sucrose solution on the amount of osmotic activity between the solution and Potato cells. Safety: Even though the sucrose solution I am using is not harmful I must still take the necessary safety precautions to ensure an efficient and safe experiment. Goggles will be worn and all practical aspects of the experiment will be carried out cautiously and standing up. Fair testing: To create a fair test certain aspects of the experiment will have to be kept the same whilst one key variable is changed. I will vary the concentration of the sucrose solution. This will give me a varied set of results from which I hope to make a decent conclusion. If any of the non-variables below are not kept constant...
