An Investigate on the affect of osmosis on a potato. Osmosis is a special form of diffusion that involves the movement of water molecules from a place where they are at high concentration to place where they are at low concentration across a partially permeable membrane/ selectively permeable membrane. The aim for my experiment is to see the results of the change of mass when placed in different concentrations of sugar solutions. For my experiment I am going to list the things I am going to keep the same and the things that I am going to change. I am going to call these my variables.
