Investigation to compare Candidates Pulse Rates After Exercise Planning: AIM: To compare candidates Pulse Rates after doing 2-4mins of Exercise, involving Jogging, Star Jumps, and Step-Ups. EQUIPMENT: * Stop Clock * 6 Candidates including Myself * Clip Board * Table of Results METHOD: 1. Take each candidate, and one by one take his or her resting Pulse Rate. 2. Record this into the table of results recorded before the investigation began. 3. How after completing the above tasks, take each candidate and make them Jog on the Spot for 1min. 4. After 1min has passed take their pulse rate from either an artery in the neck or their wrist. 5. Take their pulse rate for 30secs, and times it by 2 6. Now what ever each candidate obtains, record this into the table, under the column called Jogging. 7. Now repeat the above instructions except make each candidate do Step-Ups, followed by Star Jumps, and Record the results into the table. 8. Remember to repeat...
