Introduction In this introduction you will find information on what happens when you do exercise and what happens to your heart as you grow up. You will know about aerobic and anaerobic respiration. We will also do an experiment to check how long it takes your heart rate to go back to your recovery rate. The Heart: The muscular walls of the ventricles contract and relax continually.
