My group (consisting of myself, Rob Watson, Johnston n Simon Edwards), were to come up with an experiment designed to investigate the circulatory system during exercise. In order to discover this, for our experiment, we decided to base our results based around 10 repetitions of increasing weight on the bench press and take the pulse of the subject (myself) after each set. However to begin with we would take a resting pulse rate of the subject so we know what the normal heart rate is and next we would carry out each set 3 times to make sure our results were accurate, after which we would increase the weight and repeat.
