GCSE Biology Coursework To investigate the factors which affect the respiration of yeast. The different factors that effect the respiration of yeast are: * Yeast concentration * Volume of yeast solution * Amount of sugar solution * Sugar concentration * Temperature of yeast and sugar solution Having looked at the different factors that will effect the respiration of yeast (shown above), I have chosen to investigate how a change in temperature effects the respiration of yeast; I am going to see how many bubbles come off the solution in a certain amount of time and I am going to repeat the experiment five times with the experiment in different temperatures every time, I am going to go up 20 degrees centigrade every time starting at naught and going to eighty.
