Aim: In this investigation I intend to find out if the temperature of the squash ball makes a difference on how high it bounces on the same surface area. Prediction: I predict that as the temperature rises the particles inside the ball will move faster. With the ball at a higher temperature it will cause a high air pressure, so the ball should bounce back up higher. The heat will create more molecules in the ball they will start vibrating more rapidly, this will cause more energy with the ball having a higher energy it will bounce higher as the temperature increases. Apparatus: 1. Ruler 2. Squash ball 3. Water bath 4. Thermometer 5. Kettle Diagram: Method: Firstly I will collect my apparatus, with the experiment set up I will heat the water in the bath using the kettle. I will record the temperature using a thermometer, I will leave the ball in the water for 1 minute....
