Why do Youths Commit Crimes and what do is being done about it? Introduction My project is on youth crime. I have decided to focus my project on how youths are treated, after they have been caught committing a crime. I want to see how the police handle the situation (i.e. when they caution the youth) and what is done to prevent the youth from committing any further crimes. I will use different types of research to make a fair argument. I have used the Internet, where I have gathered information including graphs and charts. I have also prepared 2 questionnaires. One is for the police and one is for youths who have been arrested. This is to show both views.
